Mezcal Margarita Tarts
Four, 10 oz ramekins
One egg white, lightly whisked
Dip rim of each ramekin into whisked egg white and then dip rim into kosher salt. Ramekin rims should resemble the salted rim of a margarita glass.
One cup of graham cracker crumbs mixed with four tablespoons melted butter
Zest of two limes
1/2 cup lime juice
One 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Four egg yolks
1 tablespoon Mezcales De Leyenda Tequila
1 teaspoon orange liqueur
Bake in a pre-heated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
